FH6 Barn Finds Complete Guide — All 15 Hidden Cars, Locations & Unlock Requirements
FH6 Barn Finds Complete Guide — All 15 Hidden Cars & Locations
Barn Finds are back in Forza Horizon 6, and this time they're tied to your Discover Japan Stamp progression. No more driving to empty barns hoping something spawns — you need to earn your way up the Stamp ladder first. Here's every barn find, where to find it, and the fastest way to unlock them all.
How Barn Finds Work in FH6
Unlike FH5 where barn finds appeared somewhat randomly, FH6 gates them behind your Stamp Level. Check your progress at Campaign → Collector's Journal → "Discover Japan". There are 7 levels total, and new barn rumors unlock typically 2 at a time as you rise through the ranks.
Once found, the car goes into restoration. You can:
- Wait — 15-30 real minutes per car
- Pay credits — Usually 50,000–150,000 CR (not worth it unless you're impatient)
Pro tip: Story missions (yellow map markers) earn the most Japan Points. Regional mascot smashing, food delivery ranks, house purchases, and uncovering new roads all contribute. You don't need 100% completion — there are more than enough activities to hit Master Explorer.
All 15 Barn Finds by Stamp Level
Level 1: Tourist
Your first barn find — unlocked almost immediately after starting.
| # | Car | Year | Class | Region |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Honda NSX-R GT | 2005 | A | Ohtani |
The aluminum-bodied, mid-engine unicorn. A homologation special that redefined Japanese supercars. Find it in dense forest west of Kinkaku-Ji temple — follow the winding gravel track, then take the small path on your left.
Level 2: Sightseer
| # | Car | Year | Class | Region |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 | 1987 | C | Ito (South) |
| 3 | Toyota 2000GT | 1969 | D | Ito (North) |
The Sierra Cosworth is an 80s touring car legend with that massive whale-tail spoiler. Located on a small wooded hill south of the main junction — almost visible from the road.
The Toyota 2000GT is Japan's first serious sports car icon — only 351 were ever built. Find it near Minka House, tucked in a copse between two paths leading to the beach.
Level 3: Traveler

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R | 1971 | D | Nangan |
| 5 | Nissan PAO | 1989 | D | Minamino |
The "Hakosuka" — the original GT-R that started the legend. Behind houses on the main road, a dirt track branches off into the trees.
The Nissan PAO is the oddball of the list — a retro-futurist kei car sold for just three months in 1989. It's become a cult collector's piece. Northeast Minamino, follow the dirt track from the main road.
Level 4: Explorer (4 barns unlock at once!)
| # | Car | Year | Class | Region |
