1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FH6 Tunes (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms describe a free community website for Forza Horizon 6 tuning setups. They are not a substitute for in-game rules or for the terms of Microsoft, Playground Games, or Turn 10.
2. What the Service is
FH6 Tunes hosts community-submitted tuning setups and 9-digit share codes, a car roster derived from the official Horizon 6 car list, Festival Playlist notes sourced from the official weekly playlist, and written guides. We do not sell tunes. We do not invent share codes. Empty lists mean the community has not published a matching setup yet.
The Service is provided from Romania as an independent project. We do not list a public office or telephone number. Contact is described on the contact page.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Sign-in uses third-party social providers (Google and Discord) through Better Auth. You are responsible for the security of those accounts. Notify us at contact@fh6tunes.app if you believe your FH6 Tunes session was used without your permission. We never receive your Google or Discord password.
4. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of tuning configurations, share codes, descriptions, comments, and other text you submit. By posting, you grant FH6 Tunes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to other users of the Service so the community can find and copy setups.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, infringing, or malicious, and not to submit share codes you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or restrict accounts when listings are spam, impersonation, or clearly unrelated to Forza Horizon 6 tuning.
5. Game facts and no invented codes
PI class bands, disciplines, drivetrains, and roster entries are meant to match Forza Horizon 6. Festival Playlist data follows the official weekly drop. If we are behind an official update, we would rather mark the playlist stale than fabricate rewards or share codes. Community votes are opinions of other players, not a warranty that a setup will win an event.
6. Advertising
When advertising is enabled on a deployment, Google AdSense may appear on content-rich pages after you accept optional cookies. Ads are not shown on empty listing pages or other routes that do not opt in. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FH6 Tunes is a community-driven database and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Turn 10 Studios, Playground Games, Microsoft, or the Forza Horizon franchise. Share codes can break after game patches; always verify a setup in-game.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FH6 Tunes and its maintainers are not liable for lost progress, bans, or damages arising from using a community tune or from downtime of this website. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under Romanian or EU consumer law where those rights apply.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
