FH6 Festival Playlist Guide — Series 1 Winter (Week 3)

Winter has arrived in Japan and with it comes Week 3 of the "Welcome to Japan" Festival Playlist. 45 points are up for grabs this week, and the rewards include two highly sought-after seasonal exclusives. Here's your complete walkthrough.

This Week's Rewards

The Subaru STI S209 and Toyota Land Cruiser AT37 are seasonal exclusives — they won't appear in the Autoshow. If you want them, this is your window.

Weekly Challenge: Ultimate Driving Machine (5 pts)

Requirement: 2020 BMW M2 Competition Coupe — complete 4 chapters in order.

The BMW M2 Competition Coupe is available from the Autoshow. Complete these steps:

1. Buy and drive — Simply get in the car and drive out of the garage
2. Speed Trap 3 Stars — Hit any speed trap for 3 stars. The highway speed trap is easiest
3. Take a photo — Open Photo Mode (D-Pad Up) and snap a shot of the M2 anywhere
4. Soni Time Attack — Complete 3 laps at the Soni Time Attack circuit (mountain area, east of map)

Seasonal Championships

Be a Good Sport (5 pts) — Street, B Class, Retro Sports Cars

Reward: 1969 Datsun 2000 Roadster

Three street races: Matsumi Climb, Tokyo City Docks Charge, Kita Ine. Points tallied across all three — you don't need to win every race.

Best car: 1997 Mazda RX-7 (B600 tune) Retro Sports Cars are '80s–'90s JDM legends. The RX-7 handles tight city streets beautifully.

When in Roma (5 pts) — Road, S1 Class, Modern Supercars

Reward: 2020 Ferrari Roma

Three road races: Tateyama Kurobe Sprint, Shikisai Sprint, Hokubu Circuit. Modern Supercars = post-2015 exotics.

Best car: 2020 Lamborghini Huracán EVO (S1 tune) Alternative: 2019 McLaren 720S or 2018 Ferrari 488 Pista.

Monsters on Mud (5 pts) — Dirt, S1 Class, Rally Monsters

Reward: 1967 Renault 8 Gordini

Three dirt races: Kawazu Nanadaru Scramble, Kinkaku-ji Trail, Sekibe Scramble. Rally Monsters = purpose-built rally cars.

Best car: 1986 Ford RS200 Evolution (S1 dirt tune) The RS200 Evo is dominant on dirt — lightweight, AWD, massive turbo. Alternative: 1986 Audi #2 Quattro S1.

PR Stunts (2 pts each)

Drag Meet: Irokawa Quarter Mile

Japanese S1 car needed — target: 11.000s. Focus on launch control: hold brake + gas, release at green light.

Best car: 2017 Nissan GT-R R35 (S1 drag tune) Reward: 1988 Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV

Danger Sign: Alpine Heights

Jump 1099.1 ft (335m) in a Japanese S1 car. Take a long run-up from the downhill approach (600m+).

Best car: 2017 Nissan GT-R R35 Share code: 600 009 680 First try: achieved 1168 ft (356m) — well above target. Reward: 2018 Lotus Exige 430 Cup

Speed Zone: Temple Run-Up

Average 90.0 mph (145 kph) in a Japanese S1 car. Approach from the downhill side for better speed.

Special Events

Horizon Play: Dodge Drift (3 pts)

Complete a Horizon Drift in any Dodge. Queue from the Online tab. You don't need to win — just finish.

Best car: 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

Horizon Play: Battle Royale (3 pts)

Finish 30th or better in The Eliminator. Strategy: hide and avoid confrontations until the field narrows.

Collectibles: Snack Attack (3 pts)

Smash 5 Vending Machines in Tokyo City. They glow when close — just drive into them. Concentrate around Shibuya and Akihabara. Reward: Super Wheelspin.

Photo Challenge: #PitcherPerfect (2 pts)

Take a photo at Edogawa Baseball Stadium (east side of Tokyo). The stadium has distinctive floodlights — easy to spot. Reward: Car Horn: Slide Whistle.
